Send or Drop Off

Drop your pair at our London location or arrange a courier collection. We use tracked, insured courier services for all collection requests.

Assessment

Every pair is assessed on arrival. We photograph the current condition and confirm the recommended treatment and pricing before beginning any work.

Restoration

Restoration Our team works on your pair by hand using professional grade products. Typical turnaround is 3 to 7 working days depending on the treatment selected.

Collection or Delivery

Once complete, we photograph the finished pair and arrange return delivery or contact you for collection. Tracked and insured throughout.
